JOB OBJECTIVES:
Site DCS, HIMA, PLC, SIS System maintenance & management

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To be responsible for Site DCS, HIMA, MANturbo Control system Maintenance and management
2. To support Vendor to complete DCS,SIS and PLC system annual check
3. To daily Control system inspection
4. To undertake DCS,SIS and PLC preventive maintenance work
5. To be responsible for Class A loop testing and check logic action with instrument team
6. To design loop drawing and loop testing for MOC(Management Of Change)
7. To be responsible for 24 hours phone call for supporting DCS emergency case
8. To coordinate with DCS contractors and training new DCS contractor
9. To be responsible for DCS / other control system Spare parts management
10. To regularly backup DCS, HIMA, MANturbo, PLC and PIMS system data and archive
11. To be responsible for DCS/other control system Spare parts management; site-wide small/medium size projects and MOC management /implementation; Timely update Logic diagrams
12. To prepare of DCS instrument Databook
13. To contact & coordinate with Engineering Units for design issues
14. To control, coordinate with contractors
15. To be responsible for relevant document control
16. To be responsible for safety management in his/her responsible area


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in automation/Instrumentation control area
2. Above 3 years DCS maintenance experience in chemical/petrochemical plant
3. Be familiar with DCS control system (ABB Control System preferred) HIMA, etc. with capability of designing control logic diagram, DCS configuration and so on
4. Various industries' communication knowledge is preferred, such as Modbus, FF, Profius-DP and Hart protocol
5. Basic English and computer skills are required
6. Good team work and communication capability
