Job Description:

Position Overview:
Well knowledge on quality system and sufficient experience on material quality management. Achieve quality goals via IQC, supplier management and effective teamwork with internal and external resources. Sound judgment and decisiveness in assessing test and quality issues till resolution

Responsibilities:

Primary (70%):

1. Incoming material quality control, quality performance monitor and improvement
2. Communicate and follow through with suppliers on quality issues till resolution
3. Co-work with with internal/external to clarify material issue and defect judgment
4. Execute vendor rating and audit for critical raw materials
5. New material spec. review and give training on in-line QC inspectors.

Secondary (30%):

1. External contact window of hazardous substance questionaire

Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience in material quality control and supplier management
2. Familiarity with fabrication process, lens assembly, test, packing and logistics
3. Good communication - verbal and written English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in problem solving, report writing and follow-through
5. Energetic, positive attitude and ability to work with internal and external multifunctional groups
6. Bachelor degree in engineering, Master degree is a plus
