Responsibility:

To enter and process customer orders into the system and to update/monitor status of the orders.

To arrange and process local trucking service to deliver material to customers.

To support the business team to build up customer database/contact list filling in the system, and to update in regular base.

To support customer sampling process working with TM.

To work with marcom and sales team to prepare and renew marketing information.

Requirement： 

Bachlor, international trade major preferred.

Customer service or international trade-related experience preferred.

Understanding of international trading process, good communication capability, English reading/writing/speaking, MS office use, etc.
