职位职能: 其他 客服专员/助理(非技术)
职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、负责全店顾客服务工作；
2、负责店内顾客导购工作；
3、负责店内情报资料之收集、分析、调查事项；
4、店内播音工作及播音设施管理；
5、负责顾客咨询及顾客投诉工作；
6、VIP贵宾资料的管理及VIP贵宾的服务工作；
7、负责促销赠品的管理及发放工作；
8、店内部分小商品销售工作；
9、顾客建议及意见的收集反馈工作。
任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，普通话标准，具有国家二级乙等水平优先；
2、年龄在20-28岁之间，身高162-170cm，形象气质佳，具有亲和力，女性优先；
3、熟练掌握计算机办公软件；
4、具备良好的谈判和判断能力，做事耐心、细心，有良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
5、有播音主持相关工作经验优先；
6、 具备英文基本会话能力优先。

Position description:

5, responsible for customer service and customer complaints;
In 6, VIP VIP information management and VIP VIP service work;
7, responsible for the management and distribution of promotional gifts;
The 8 part, the shop commodity sales;
9, customer suggestions and views of the collection and feedback.
Job requirements:
In 1, secondary school or above, standard Mandarin, with two national second grade level;
In 2, at the age of 20-28 years old, height 162-170cm, the image of good temperament, with affinity, female is preferred;
3, proficiency in computer office software;
4, good negotiation and judgment ability, patience, careful, good communication ability and service consciousness;
In 5, a radio host related working experience preferred;
In 6, with basic English speaking skill is a plus.
