As a Client Manager you are responsible for the delivery in a number of accounts with brand owners. Our clients are global brand owners and the team of analysts in Sweden, USA and China delivers the projects in online brand protection monitoring, analyzing and enforcement (enforcing- meaning delisting of infringements on online market places, social media, app stores and web sites). The delivery is in line with Yellow Brand Protection ambition and mission, We stop at Zero. You are responsible for the whole process, start-up meeting and follow up meetings (live/telephone/ video), continuously contact and response and feedback to clients and responsible for the monthly report to the client. You are coaching the team and assures the quality is met for the delivery. You are instrumental in the contact and relationship building with the market places, such as Alibaba, JD etc in China. As a person you are a self-starter and focused and you strive with all means to make the client satisfied.

The client manager also works in the analysing projects but is mainly responsible for reporting (both standard reports in our system and customized reports by clients) and for the team building, securing the quality and the number of analysed and reported listings online.

· First receiver of all support tickets

· Training the teams for specific tasks

· Create accounts and upload documents in our own IT system portal and on platforms

· Responsible for monthly results

· Monthly summary process reports to clients

· Strategic planning for the program

· Kick-off meetings with clients

Reporting line – Operation manager.
