This is a 3 month contractor position. The Recruiter will mainly focus on effectively sourcing for suitable candidates to fulfill the openings in target timeline, identify most effective hiring channels for different kinds of positions. Besides, the Recruiter is also responsible for recruitment related programs including ERP, TA, Internal Mobility, etc. The position reports to HR Director directly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement recruiting process, from putting vacancy to various channels, initial CV screening, first interview/second interview recommending, to finalist's offer preparing;
* Utilize and develop the most effective and cost efficient recruiting channels, including directing advertising, employee referral program, job posting on internal/external site, job board, local game community, etc. to generate qualified job applicants;
* Prepare weekly hiring report, monthly HC status report and other reports as requested;
* Work with FESCO on employee on-boarding and termination;
* Other duty as assigned.

QULIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor degree or above;
* Above 3 years of selection interviewing and recruiting experience, proven internet sourcing experience in foreign invested company or recruiting agency is preferable;
* Familiar with game and/or software IT industry;
* Ability to communicate with applicants, co-workers, and business contacts in a civilized and professional manner;
* Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as company at all times;
* Positive attitude with willingness to accept responsibility and work under pressure;
* Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
