Job Description

Position Summary:

The purpose of the position is to present the topics Data Analytics, Organizational Diagnosis and AS (Associate Survey) as country level expert, and actively support RO/rGBS in their OD interventions in those topics.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibility 1 – Topic expertise in China

·?????? Topic owner in data analytics, organizational diagnosis and AS (Associate Survey) at country level.

·?????? Analyze market trend and coordinate research in data analytics, organizational diagnosis and AS topics and methodology, build up contacts with external experts for knowledge transfer.

Key responsibility 2 – Location level organization development competency build-up & network maintenance

·?????? Develop and implement training concept for HR BP on local data analytics, organization diagnosis and AS.

·?????? Network with corporate department working in the fields of data analytics, organization diagnosis and AS. (e.g. C/HRT, C/HRP, and etc).

·?????? Maintain network of data analytics, organization diagnosis and AS in China.

Key responsibility 3 – Consultant support to rGBs in organization development interventions

·?????? Provide consultant support to HR BP to install data analytics, organization diagnosis and AS related topics (methods, process, tools, exchanges and workshops) in rGBs.

·?????? Support rGBs in planning and implementation on change management interventions on responsible topics.

Key responsibility 4 – Talent/Organization data analytics at country level

·??????? Set up and maintain talent/organization data integrated platform for Bosch China and coordinate with different parties to ensure a holistic view of the development among talent, organization and business.

·??????? Manage talent/organization database, conduct data analysis on talent/organization information and made regular analysis to identify the potential opportunities and propose solutions to improve organization health and effectiveness if needed.

·??????? Play an active role in driving HR digitalization initiatives in China.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

·?????? Bachelor degree or above, with IT relevant knowledge

·?????? Good understanding or knowledge of HR data analysis

·?????? Good learner with curiosity about new technologies applied in HR

·?????? Result-oriented, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, execute and deliver results

·?????? Attention to details and drive for excellence

·?????? Good at communication and resource integration

·?????? High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing
