Job Summary:

We are now looking for an HR Delivery Specialist to provide and deliver accurate, effective and professional support of HR processes, procedures, terms of employment. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Track and report the status of the delivery being done.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR inquiries according to local and global processes and tools
• Handle complaints and feedback
• Provide input to SME for improvement of process and tools, update of documents.
• Provide training on HR process and tools
• Develop team working instructions
• Participant HR projects
• Analyze data from report for discovering problem and making improvements

 

Key Qualifications:

• Education:  Bachelor degree, preferably within Human Resources or service delivery organization.
• Presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, service oriented mind-set
• Strong learning ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
