Job Title： Regional Business Development Manager - SEA (South East Asia)

Department： APAC Sales Department

Reporting to：Regional Sales Operational Director Rest APAC

Subordinates: No

Location： Shanghai or SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia)

Position Summary

1. Maintain the strong relationship with dealers (new and old) and ensure the effective development of brands in SEA market.

2. Proven track record of develop new dealership network.

3. Provide after sales service and customer service, support dealer with service / order related matters with Shanghai office and HQ.

Main Responsibilities

1. Make the business development of franchisees, management proposal of stores and projects to reach the sales target.

2. Analyse markets, products and brand suitability, sales and make improvement proposal to the dealers and clients.

3. Evaluate the team of franchisees and take action to increase the number of franchisees.

4. Monitor the store image of the franchisees.

5. Sales orders management and after sales service & claim coordination.

Background requirement:

1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in sales & marketing, business development related, with reasonable knowledge of international trade.

2. Above five years working experience in Managing retail business and business management background particularly in South East Asia preferred.

3. Be familiar with the sales mode of brand or perdurable consumables.

4. Mature, Flexible, with regional vision, able to work independently with traveling at least 40% of the time, pay attention to build up persons with ability.

5. English is mandatory, additional SEA language will be a plus.

6. Integrity and loyalty, proactive, open minded and flexible.
