主要工作内容：涉及人力资源六大模块，招聘入门，覆盖全线

1. 协助项目负责人理解项目需求，物色合适候选人安排面试，并配合好后续入职流程；

2. 整理项目数据，周期做数据分析，给予项目负责人必要的反馈及建议；

3. 与公司其他部门对接，做好在职员工的社保缴纳、薪资核算等；

4. 协助项目负责人，做好员工劳动风险把控。

任职资格：

1. 全日制大专学历学生，19届优先；

2. 可连续实习3个月者优先，可一周出勤3天以上者优先；

3. 对人力资源行业感兴趣，可意识到机遇与挑战；

4. 有良好的理解能力和表达能力（输入与输出）；

5. 有主动学习能力，愿不断探索新事物，愿主动寻求资源提升自己，有良好心态和责任意识。
