Responsibilities:

    

The main and routine tasks of the Senior Programmer are to:

    

- Porting an existing game into Unity

    

- Optimize the game performance in Unity

    

- Cooperate with game designer to program the game according to game design document

    

- Identify potential technique risks based on game design requirement in early stage

    

- Work with artist to implement the user interface, graphic and animations

    

- Work closely with backend programmer to ensure the quality of data communication between both end

    

- Ensuring the code and feature quality and stability

    

- Help other programmer in the team when necessary to ensure smooth user experience through all parts of the game

    

- Cooperate with the producer to establish feasible working plans according to the mandate

    

- Help the producer to implement the plan by checking the work progression state of the code team regularly

    

- Work with the team to improve production process and establish best practice

    

- Document the code and design to share with others

    

- Carry out all other related tasks.

    

 

    

Requirements:

    

- Experienced with at least one engine, better Unity

    

- Experienced at animation, UI, gameplay production pipeline

    

- At least 5 years’ experience of games development in both online and offline projects

    

- Passionate about playing and making games

    

- Familiar with current mobile game especially freemium model game

    

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience.

    

- At least 2 shipped ios/android games including at least 1 in a senior or lead role through whole game development phase

    

- Expert skill in C shap and LUA

    

- Experience in the design and implementation of various game systems, including game object management, animation, gameplay scripting, user interface and online networking

    

- Experience of prototyping and rapid iteration of features

    

- Ability to optimize code (memory/speed) to maximize the capabilities

    

- Proven ability to debug defects of a reasonable complexity.

    

- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English, be able to delivery ideas and influence team member

    

- Good time management skill. Can help the team to make plan and priorities tasks 

    

- Respect the deadline; be able to work under pressure and lead the team to delivery work in time.

    

- Self-motivated and pro-active with a strong work ethic.

    

- Multination company working experience is a plus
