1.   相关专业中专或高中以上学历，28岁以上，拥有工长或施工员证书；   

2.   具有5年以上室内工装施工现场工作经验；  

3.   精通施工规范、精通装修工程各项施工工艺、及装修材料； 

4.   具有较强的现场工作组织及管理能力；较好的沟通能力。 

5.   工作细致认真，吃苦耐劳，有强烈的工作责任心，具有写字楼办公空间装修工程管理经验者优先。
