职责描述Job description：
1.负责整个车型的NVH性能开发，按要求达成开发目标Take charge of the whole
vehicle NVH development, ensure to meet the development targets;

2.依据项目要求，制定整车NVH性能开发策略及开发计划 According to the program requirement，make the NVH development strategy and plan;

3.整车级NVH性能目标的设定，并分解到系统和部件级
Set the vehicle level targets and break them down to
the system and parts level targets;

4.分解工作任务，跟踪开发进度并保证关键节点输出物 Break up the tasks,
track the development process and ensure the key deliveries；

5.开发中关键问题的识别、分析、解决 Identify the problems，analysis the root causes and provide the
proposals.

6.关键节点项目汇报及项目NVH性能总结 Report the NVH development status at milestones and NVH performance
development summary.

任职要求Requirements：

1.具备扎实的声学与振动理论基础，熟悉汽车相关理论Solid theoretical
foundation of acoustic and vibration，familiar with the vehicle design knowledge；

2.熟悉整车NVH性能开发流程，精通整车NVH性能集成方法 Familiar
with the NVH development process and master the NVH integration methods；

3.能够依据仿真和试验结果进行问题的分析及解决 Troubleshooting base on
the CAE and test results;

4.机械、车辆、振动声学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历 Master degree or
above in mechanical engineering、vehicle engineering or acoustic and vibration；

5.至少具备6年以上NVH性能开发经验At least 6 years
NVH development experience；

6.至少完整负责过3款车型的NVH性能集成开发 At least
fully responsible for the NVH performance integration development of 3 vehicle;

7.头脑开放、逻辑思维能力强, 具备较强的项目管理能力
Open minded and logical thinking ability, with strong
project management ability;

8.工作积极主动，认真负责，具备结果思维和全局意识 Initiative,
conscientious and responsible, with results awareness.
