KEY RESPONSIBILIES and ROLES:
? Assist the Event Department to successfully manage events and grow AEG’s event and touring business
? Coordinate event operations and logistical requirements between the Artist/Event and vendors, including transportation, security, local permits, event production, transportation/travel, catering, shipping/customs clearance, airport coordination, hotel, translation
? Support the ticket management, sales and coordination
? As needed assist in event marketing, sponsorship activation, and ticketing sales/fulfillment
? Assist in Event Department’s internal reporting, event accounting, data organization/collection, translation, creating presentations, and valuation systems
? Assist on negotiations with content producers
? Assist with legal contract review process between with AEG’s in-house/outsourced legal counsel and content producers
? Develop relationships with strategic partners, local promoters, event producers and artist managers
? Coordinate with AEG Live as needed
The candidate will have the following qualifications:
? University degree in business or related field
? Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in corporate events, music technical production, or live entertainment company
? Detailed focused, strategic thinker, the candidate must “do” and “deliver”
? Passionate about live entertainment, strong work ethic, taking initiative, positive thinker and self-motivated; team player and able to multi-task, capable of thinking fast and problem solving; able to self manage time schedule,
? Must be committed to work irregular, long hours, and travel as needed, (i.e. events which may include nights and weekends)
? Prioritize and multi-task in a fast based and stressful environment
? Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent spoken/written English
