We are looking for experienced software professionals with both ability and integrity to join our Shanghai team. The responsibilities include design, implementation, test and maintenance to software products on time with quality. Our Shanghai office is near the People's Square. Responsibilities
1.Contribute to QA team responsible for ensuring the quality delivery of software products through functional, load, stress, performance, UI and usability testing.
2.Writing and executing QA plans and cases
3.Isolating, documenting and tracking defects
4.Analyzing test data and providing risk assessment
5.Participating in specification, technical design and other documentation reviews
6.Designing and implementing test automation and custom test harnesses
7.Communicate with French and US team on project and release management.

Qualifications
1.B.S/M.S degree in Computer Science or related technical field
2.At least 3 years of QA experience in Windows, experience on Mac OS, iOS, Android is a strong plus.
3.Excellent English written and good oral communication skills are required
4.Strong understanding of software QA methods and techniques
5.Skilled in designing and implementing custom QA harnesses
6.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
7.Communicate with French and US team for product development, schedule, requirements, etc.
8.You will translate engineering spec into test plan and test cases, work with the development team during the build phase and with QA during testing.
9. Manage and schedule all resources related to quality assurance.
10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
11. Self-managed proactive work style and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
12. Experience in all major versions of the Windows Operating System (XP/Vista/Windows 7), experience with system configuration and setup. Experience in Mac OS, iOS, Android is a plus.
13. Must have ability to work with minimum direction and be a team player.
14. An understanding of the necessity to meet stringent time deadlines.
