4. Understand the positioning of the Hotel, services provided and how the Hotel can meet the needs of customers and be capable of closing business.

5. Understand the cost/benefits of prospective business and vendor contracts and negotiates contracts, which result in mutually beneficial outcomes.

6.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;demonstraated ability to interact with customers,employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel,the brand the Company.

7. Problem solving and organizational abilities.
