岗位职责(工作内容):
(1)负责人力资源管理工作,包括员工招聘、员工培训、员工绩效管理、员工任职资格、企业文化建设等专业工作和管理
工作;
(2)负责招聘管理工作,具体操作由招聘主管负责;当招聘主管实力不足时,也要求HRM从事招聘专业工作;招聘工作包括
向人才市场推介企业、识别企业人才需求、寻找人才、结构化技能甄别等;
(3)负责培训管理工作,具体操作由培训主管负责;当培训主管实力不足时,也要求HRM从事培训专业工作;培训工作包括
识别培训需求、培训过程管理、培训资源建设、员工技能管理、公共科目培训主讲;
(4)负责操办绩效管理工作和任职资格工作(没有绩效主管);绩效管理包括个人绩效承诺(PBC)的指导与纠偏,负激励
管理、Eva管理等;任职资格管理包括技能模型(行为标准)的建设和管理、关键事件管理、级等认证和复核工作;
(5)负责企业文化建设的操办工作;
(6)负责部门内部全面管理工作,包括工作分解、绩效管理、氛围建设等;
(7)HRM的职责可用一句话来描述:“在CHO领导下,采用团队工作方式,管理公司人力资源,提升人力资源效
率。”

(1)本职位要求很强的需求理解力,要求理解公司业务,理解业务发展对人力资源的需求,根据对业务发展的预判,主动

进行绩效管理,纠正绩效管理中的偏差;能够对负激励进行管理;能够利用Eva值对部门绩效进行管理;
(5)本职位要求很强的任职资格管理能力;能够理解任职资格在人力资源管理中的重要作用,能够指导业务经理给各个职
位建立技能模型;能够充分利用任职资格进行人力资源管理;能够高效率地操作任职资格认证工作;
(6)本职位要求企业文化建设能力;善长企业文化的总结、推广工作;
(7)能够进行有效地部门管理工作,善长部门内部的工作分解,部门内部的绩效管理工作、部门各职位的任职资格建设、

(8)具有非常好的概念能力和逻辑能力,能够快速准确地制定流程、各种作业指导书;
(9)人力资源、工商管理、经济、技术等相关专业毕业,本科学位,具备知识型企业管理、人才资源管理理论知识;
(10) 3年以上HRM职位工作经验,工作业绩具有足够的说服力;
(11) 参考年龄32~45之间。
