职位描述
招聘要求:
1、市场营销及相关专业本科或以上学历;Marketing or Sales Bachelor degree or more
2、具有3年销售经验(餐饮渠道-咖啡、食品、零售);Has 3 years of sales experience (food and beverage channels - coffee, food, retail)
2、较强的沟通和谈判能力与客户管理能力,较强的数据分析能力;Excellent coordination and communication skills.
3、有工作热情和进取心,愿意承担工作压力与挑战,有团队合作精神;Mature individual, well balanced and able to resist the pressure of a constantly
4、熟练操作办公软件;MS office application skills.
5、较好的英语听说读写能力优先;Chinese and English fluent, written and spoken.
岗位职责:
一、业务工作 Task
1、完成新客户的开发目标;
Complete the developing goals of the new customers
2、按时完成重点客户的年度合同谈判;
Complete the annual contract negotiation with the key customers on time
3、按时完成重点客户的新品上市计划,新品推荐及价格谈判;
Complete the listing schedule, new product recommendation and price negotiation of the key customers;
4、定期拜访重点客户,了解客户需求,维护良好的客户关系;
Visit the key customers regularly, know the customers’ requirements and maintain a nice relations with the customers.
5、管理重点客户应收款;
Manage the funds from the key customers
6、按市完成重点客户的销售预测;
Complete the sale prediction of the key customers on time.
二、对于零售渠道客户sales channels
1、开发零售渠道developing the sales channels
2、定期拜访零售客户,了解市场需求,维护良好的客户关系;
Visit the retailing customers regularly, know the markets’ requirements and maintain a nice relations with the customers.
3、管理零售客户应收款;
Manage the funds from the retailing customers
三、客户服务customers service
1、及时反馈客户投诉,跟进处理结果;
Response the complaints from the customers and follow the settlement of the complaints
2、协助工厂经理处理应急供应事件;
Assist the factory directors’ assistant to deal with the emergency issues.
