1. 负责组织本部门与环保局、水务局、质监局、规土局等政府相关部门的联络、沟通；Be responsible for organizing to communication with government department such as environment protection bureau, water bureau, quality supervision bureau, planning and land bureau etc. to coordinate relevant administrative affairs；
2. 负责组织本部门办理项目的报批手续和竣工验收手续，包括项目用地手续；Be responsible for organizing to deal with the project establishment and approval procedure，project completion and acceptance procedure, including project land formalities;
3. 负责组织本部门在项目前期审批期间和后期验收期间工作中的协调和相关的商务和履约；Be responsible for organizing the relevant coordination, business affairs and agreement fulfillment during construction project approval period and project acceptance period.
4. 负责组织本部门落实生产部门各类行政许可事务；Be responsible for organizing administrative licensing formalities for operation departments.
5. 负责组织本部门关注相关环境和建设项目等法律法规的颁布和更新，并通知公司内部相关人员和部门，并对以上相关法律法规的颁布和更新提出与公司业务和运行相关建设性建议；Be responsible for organizing to pay attention to the publishing and update of laws and regulations related with environmental and construction projects, inform the relevant persons and departments in our company, and also give the relevant suggestions on company business and operation in the basic of all these publishing and update.
6. 负责组织本部门接待大专院校、相关政府部门的来访；Be responsible for organizing to receive the visitors from universities, and relevant government departments.
7. 负责组织公司EMS、IRM和EnMS的推进和协调工作；Be responsible for organizing to the implementation and coordination of EMS, IRM and EnMS.
8. 负责组织各类报表、报告的填写与报送；Be responsible for organizing to complete various reports and data sheets requested.
9. 负责组织并维护公司ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO50001、OSHAS18001体系；Be responsible for organizing and maintaining ISO systems, including ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO50001、OSHAS18001
10. 建立、实施和检查部门内部的管理制度，及时发现问题，确保部门内的有效沟通；Build, implement and examine the internal management system in the department, and discover problems in time and ensure the effective coordination in the department.

11. 负责本公司职业健康及安全管理工作。Be responsible for the management of OHS of the JV.

Qualification

1. Master degree Environment engineering, Chemistry or related major are preferred.
2. At least 5 years working experience in environment related government departments.
3. Good at English in written and oral.
4. Good communication and organization skills.
5. Familiar with formalities of project early stage, and good understanding of governmental institutions
6. Good Excel、word and PPT skills；
7. Good presentation skill.
