1.Sales call to expand clients

2.To follow up potential clients by telephone

3.To arrange meeting for manager with client

4.To update client information



Requirements:



1.Full-time college degree or above

2.Familiarity with office building property

3.Good comprehension of the landlord, investor and tenant requirement

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills

5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point

6.Spoken and written English capability preferred
