Qualification:

1.Developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation;

2. Being responsible for creating and maintaining Quality System Documentation;

3. Being responsible for managing customer specifications and developing corresponding specifications (QAS Specifications) to ensure compliance with customer requirements;

4. Directing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and creating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability;

5. Compiling and writing training material and conducts training sessions on quality assurance activities l   Managing customer complaints including logging complaints, controlling further processing and closing corrective action reports after verification of the effectiveness of corrective action;

6. Being responsible for monthly tracking and reporting of customer quality measurable;

7. Leading APQP;

8. Providing guidance on quality systems and quality tools;

9. Being responsible for auditing and evaluating suppliers compliance to ISO quality systems. Monitoring of supplier capability and quality control improvement;

10. Recommendation of corrective action for observed deficiencies;

11. Other tasks assigned by superior.  

Professional Competence:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university (preferably IE or ME) with up to one year experience in quality related field;

2. Knowledge of filtration technology;

3. Good implementation power.    .

Leadership/Management Competence:

1. Knowledge of filtration technology;

2. Know basic tools of analysis such as APQP、PPAP、SPC、8D etc;

3. Good computer skills (e.g. MS office, PPT);

4. Good English language skills;

5. Strong ability of communication and management;

6. Good teamwork spirit;

7. Planning and control;

8. Be familiar with different testing standards and methods
