Job Title: Senior Facility Engineer

Job Summary:
Assist to keep all of the plant facilities (including equipment), building in proper work condition, set up maintenance requirement, and maintain good relationship with government department regarding energy supply.


Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Support Maintenance supervisor to keep the facilities in proper working condition
Set up daily and periodical maintenance schedule for facility and implementation
Responsible for facility improvement projects to meet production increasing and continuous improvement requirement
Implementation facility/equipment spare parts purchasing requirement
Leading MTN team members to analysis and find solution to resolve the facilities and building damage in daily operation
Collect the past year's cost information regarding maintenance cost, energy, cleaning, and prepare a cost reduction scheme for coming year
Technical window to government on facility/ special equipment periodical inspection and regulation implementation
Handle other work assigned by facility supervisor.

Candidate Profile
Professional Experience:
More than 5 year's full experience in advanced manufacturing company.

Personal Qualifications
Knowledge :
· Strong technical background (Mechanical or electric engineer preferred).
· Good understanding of TPM and SAP.
l Skills:
· Excellent cooperation with other teams. Open-minded, quick problem solver
· Good business sense, understanding management concepts and agenda.
· Good PC, English.
Possess core competencies of Volvo

Education:
College degree or above

Languages
Fluent in mandarin and English.
