岗位职责：

- Handle works related to regular or irregular authority reports.

- Handle works related to external or internal audit.

- Handle works related to system risk assessment.

- Prepare documents for internal important meeting (Ex. Board Meeting).

- Create or review internal security rules/related documents.

- Plan and steer projects related to cyber security.

- Plan and initiate new system projects related to system risk management.

- Communicate with both oversea head-office?s and domestic branch's colleagues for daily works.

- Other tasks related to system risk management assigned by supervisors.

Qualification

- Has experience and knowledge in Financial Institution for IT section or banking business.

- Degree Holder in IT or related disciplines.

- (Nice to have) CISP/CISM/CISSP certification holders or other security certification holders.

Special knowledge

- Comprehensive basic Information System Knowledge (System Planning, System Administration and System Security).

- Proficient in both spoken and written Japanese or English, fluent in both Japanese and English is an advantage.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power Point, knowledge in Macro and VBA is an advantage.

- Comprehensive basic Banking Business Knowledge and Procedure.

- A good team player with self-initiative, highly motivated & result oriented.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Timely response to any expected difficulties in effective way.
