2. Research and analyze the new technology in railway and non-railway industry and possibility to be used in railway traontrol or related buiness.

3. Seek out accelerating technologies and determine best fit applications for clients.

4. Direct client interaction to evaluate opportunities and distill opportunities into design inputs and deliverables.

5. Hands-on design generation and idea creation translated into Solid Works drawings, working prototypes, experimental testing and seeking vendors to provide specified solutions or processes

6. Conduct experiments and analyze different railway system all possible factors in the developmental process.

7. Interface with Sales and Marketing to assess market opportunities, develop client needs and provide cost and timeline proposals.

职能需求：

1. Has CBTC techonlogy background

2. System Engineering/system architect capacities

3. Matrix ognization work exoerience with complex collaboration envirment

4. -10 years experience in the automatic control industry, 3 years design/projects deployment experiences in signaling and CBTC system development and application;
- Familiar with related standards and mainsteam systems architectures/principles, development procedures and system engineering, experiences in maintainence system and supervision system development;
- Familar with Cloud, bigdata ect. new technology

5. Electronic product hardware and embedded software

6. Prefer to have More than 3 years' team leader, people manager experiences, work package management experiences

7. Travel to different cities in China and oversea

8. Work with international team for 5 years and abroad workshop experiences

9. Computer interlocking, ATP/ATO, ATS, automatic control and optimization algorithms, electronic and electric circuits design, operating system, C/C++ programming, ARM, DSP, FPGA, interface RS232/RS422/RS485/CAN bus/MVB transceivers, sensor signals processing,
