岗位职责：

1. 主要负责公司新、老客户的维护跟进及促成合同的签订，定期访问客户，探询客户需求；

2. 为客户提供报价及咨询；

3. 负责定期整理搜集客户反馈，进行客户服务需求分析和挖掘，以此优化服务流程,促成服务协议签订；

4. 通过各种渠道调研比较同行业服务信息，并对信息收集和整理，促使公司客户服务体系不断的优化与推进；

5. 对公司提供的个性化服务进行开发与推广，不断创新客户服务新方式；

6. 及时发现并反馈工作中出现的问题，并能够提出解决意见及建议。

任职要求：

1.专科及以上学历，市场营销、会计财经等相关专业优先；

2.具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；

3.具有较强的学习能力和团队协作能力。
