工作职责：

1、负责公司平面设计相关项目，包括展览，活动策划，广告以及其他项目中所涉及的平面设计范畴；

2、参与到公司制定项目的整体创意和研究；

3、服从上级领导任务安排，协助项目组与客户之间准确传达自己的设计理念，保证工作顺利完成。

任职资格：

1、艺术设计、美术类相关专业专科以上学历，具有3-5年以上广告公司平面设计的从业经验；

2、具备良好的美术基础、手绘能力强，熟练使用Photoshop，Illustrator，Indesign等平面设计软件，会使用Dreamweaver软件优先考虑；

3、对平面设计有自己的见解、思路清晰思维活跃，有独到的方案设计理念及审美能力、有创意；

4、熟悉印刷及输出制作流程，精通平面完稿制作；

5、较强的团队协作能力及沟通能力，能够独立完成工作并具备项目管理能力，适应加班。
