功能安全工程师
职位描述
1.负责制定整车范围内全部安全相关子系统或零部件初步功能安全计划；
2.协调安全相关子系统或零部件功能安全计划于整车计划匹配；
3.支持安全相关子系统或零部件供应商功能安全管理工作（开发接口协议，认可措施）；
4.制定整车范围内全部安全目标；
5.制定并完善电动力总成全部功能逻辑架构（外部高压能量管理及充电、高压功率转换、高压系统、低压能量管理、驱动管理、高压附件功率分配、热管理）
6.对所有子系统或零部件功能安全概念进行确认；
7.主导或支持自主研发子系统或零部件功能安全概念生成；
8.主导或支持自主研发子系统或零部件功能安全概念生成（比如ADAS）；
9.主导自主研发子系统或零部件技术安全概念生成（比如ADAS）；
10.主导或支持自主研发子系统或零部件安全分析工作（比如 ADAS）
11.支持软硬件工程师定义软件和硬件安全概念
12.负责制定功能安全集成测试计划和安全验证计划
13.支持功能安全集成测试实施和安全验证实施

岗位要求
以上职责能胜任部分即可
精通电动力系统，底盘系统，或ADAS其中一个领域的系统方案和功能逻辑架构即可考虑
精通各种安全分析方法（HAZOP、FTA、FMEA、SEFA、fishbone等等）
了解功能安全指导标准ISO-26262，并遵循其中的部分章节有实际工作经验
大学本科以上学历，车辆工程，机械电子，电子电气工程相关专业
三到五年电控系统开发经验
有功能安全工具（比如：PREE-VISION、IQ-FMEA、SOX2）使用经验者优先考虑

JD：

1. Response for the preliminary functional safety planning of all safety-related sub-system or component of the whole vehicle scope;
2. Coordinate preliminary functional safety planning of all safety-related sub-system or component of the whole vehicle scope mapped with vehicle project plan;
3. Support all safety-related sub-system or component of the whole vehicle scope supplier management (DIAs, confirmation measures)
4. Define all the safety goals of the whole vehicle scope
5. Define and update all the E-powertrain logic architecture (HVExternalEnergyManagementAndCharging、HVPowerConversion、HighVoltageSystem、LowVoltageElectricalEnergyManagement、PropulsionManagement、HVAccessoryPowerAllocation、ThermalManagement)
6. Confirm the FSC of all safety-related sub-system or component of the whole vehicle scope
7. Lead or support the Functional Safety Concept definition of in-house development safety-related sub-system or component
8. Lead or support the Functional Safety Concept definition of in-house development safety-related sub-system or component（e.g. ADAS）
9. Lead the Technical Safety Concept definition of in-house development safety-related sub-system or component（e.g. ADAS）
10. Lead or support the safety analyses of in-house development safety-related sub-system or component（e.g. ADAS）
11. Support the SW/HW engineer to define the Software Safety Concept and Hardware Safety Concept
12. Response for the functional safety integration and testing plan and safety validation plan
13. Support for the functional safety integration and testing and safety validation
The engineer should only be qualified with part of above duties.

Qualifications：

The engineer should master the system and logic architecture one of E-powertrain, Chassis or ADAS domains
The engineer should master safety analysis methods (e.g. HAZOP、FTA、FMEA、SEFA、fishbone、etc)
The engineer should know the ISO-26262, and has a real work experience according to it partly.
Bachelor degree or above, major is vehicle engineering or EE engineering
Three to five years work experience in electrical control system development
Prefer the engineer who has the experience of functional safety tools (e.g. PREE-VISION、IQ-FEMA、SOX2)
