职责描述：
Responsibilities:
1. 负责智能驾驶汽车的运动控制算法的设计开发、仿真、优化；
1. Responsible for the design, development, simulation and optimization of the motion control algorithm for the automatic driving vehicle.
2. 负责基于车辆动力学的运动控制（包括汽车横向控制、纵向控制、横纵向解耦控制）技术的难点攻关；
2. Responsible for resolving the difficulties in vehicle control based on vehicle dynamics (including vehicle lateral control, longitudinal control, lateral and longitudinal decoupling control).
3. 负责车辆控制效果的测试及评价
3. Responsible for the test and evaluation of the algorithm effect on real vehicle.
4. 负责基于驾驶员操作数据的车辆运动控制的高级算法开发；
4. Responsible for development of vehicle motion control advanced algorithm based on driver's operation data.
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程/计算机/软件/通信/电子/自动化等专业
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering / computer / software / communication / Electronics / automation；
2. 对汽车动力学模型和汽车运动学有较深的理解
2. Deep understand of vehicle kinematics and vehicle dynamics；
3. 熟练掌握PID、MPC等控制算法;
3. Proficient with control algorithms such as PID, MPC and so on；
4. 熟练掌握Matlab，C/C++；
4. Proficient with Matlab、C/C++；
