Job
Purpose:

？ Support advanced supplier sourcing.

？ Lead APQP/PPAP to assure flawless launch.

？ Quality problem solving to pursue customer
satisfaction.

？ Supplier quality performance monitoring and continuous
improvement driving.

Key Accountabilities:

·
Work with
cross-functional team on supplier quality and development activities
(Qualification, Performance, Review and Development).

·
Represent
the quality function in the selection of new suppliers and development of
existing suppliers.

·
Conduct
supplier audits to quality standards according to Delphi requirements and in
support of supplier selection and improvements.

·
Drive
effective root cause analysis and corrective action for problem solving.
Spearheads process improvement activities for supplier development.

·
Responsible
for APQP and PPAP process.

·
Contribute
and support cost saving for VA/VE or quality optimization activities.

·
Drive
supplier continuous improvement activities.

·
Monitor
supplier performance in a timely basis and actively work with them to achieve
minimum or no defect.

Relationships:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
       required.
• More than 8 years’ experiences as supplier quality
       engineer in auto industry required.
• Practiced in PPAP procedure and able to review
       PPAP submission compliance. Preferably in charge of supplier PPAPs.
• Familiar with one or two manufacturing process
       not limited to molding, die casting, stamping, soldering, machining,
       welding, PCBA and measuring plus GD&T.
• Excellent Quality system IATF16949 knowledge
       and experience.
• Strong problem solving competency and
       experience.
• Persevered under pressure and self-disciplined.
• Good English communication skills, both written
       and oral.
• Diligent and Objective-oriented.
• Be willing and able to travel extensively.
• Demonstrated
       ability to work independently.
