Job Requirements职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration, at least 10 years similar management position in sheet metal manufacturing or Automotive of foreign enterprise.

本科以上学历，机械工程或商业管理专业，至少10年钣金行业或汽车行业外资企业管理工作经验。
2.Familiar the sheet metal manufacturing process, include Stamping ,NC Turret ,Laser, NC bending, TIG weld, MIG weld, polishing, plating, powder coating and assembly.

熟悉钣金制造工艺，包括冲压、数冲、激光、折弯、TIG和MIG焊接、打磨、电镀、喷粉和组装等
3. Familiar with sheet metal manufacturing process, automotive parts manufacturing process and related equipment repairing and maintenance experience.
熟悉金属件的制造,汽车零部件的制造工艺过程和相关的设备维修维护管理经验。
4. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques including: Equipment Reliability Systems,level production,in Station Process Control.

精益生产的执行包括：设备可靠性系统、标准生产、过程控制。
5.Works exceedingly well under pressure, handling multiple time-sensitive projects, and negotiating effectively. Experience in production and quality for export.

6.A team player with excellent interpersonal skills ,good command of written and spoken English ,Customer oriented and flexible ,Quality oriented, Honest and responsible.

Specific Responsibilities:具体职能

1.Take the fully responsibility for the company, including Sales, Project, Operations, Purchasing, Logistic/Warehouse, Engineering and QA.

负责公司的整体营运管理，包括销售、项目、生产、采购、物流/仓库、工程和质量。
2. Direct and coordinate activities of manufacturing, production scheduling, optimizing process engineering, manufacturing engineering and maintenance facility to effect operational efficiency and economy. Control products quality, ensure quality continuous improvements.
指导并协调产量计划，工艺优化，制造及设备维护，增强生产运作效率和经济性，控制产品质量，确保产品质量的不断改进。
3. Foster teams to achieve a common goal and to enhance the continuous improvement process and resolve repeated occurrence relating to quality issues.
鼓励团队取得共同的目标，加强持续性改进过程，解决反复出现的质量问题。
4. Coordinate with Engineering team to Improve Product design activities and development projects.
协助改进公司工程管理方面的程序，支持产品设计和产品开发。
5. Explore and recommend drives continuous improvement activities based on analysis of modern, cost effective methods. Review and approve cost control reports, cost budget, and manpower and facilities requirements forecasts.
在有效降低成本和寻找现代化的管理方法的基础上，引入能促进生产的新方法。审阅、批准成本控制报告、成本预算报告，预测人力、设备需求。
6. Support top management to plan company goal
支持最高管理层 进行计划和设定目标.

美特尔公司拥有先进的生产设备：包括从国外引进了60T-400T的单动冲床28台；AMADA数控折弯机5台、激光机2台、数控冲压机2台、砂光机1台机器人焊接机1台； TIG点焊机6台等；另外还有一些辅助的二次加工设备如铆接机、攻丝机、清洗机等；配置了数显的铣床、磨床、线切割等机加工设备；还拥有三坐标测量仪和光学投影仪等检测设备。
