岗位概述：

1.在预订部日常的运作中协助预订部经理，以达到高效率高质量的服务。

2.监控和督导整个部门的运作和表现，使所有工作按时完成。、

3.为预订部文员开发，组织和实施工作培训。

其它技能要求：

1. 必须具备优秀的中、英文书写和口头表达能力。

2. 灵活使用电脑的技巧，最少可以使用微软桌面XP或以上系统，微软办

公2003或以上软件，互联网以及它流行软件应用。

3. 优秀的人际关系处理能力及交流技巧。

4. 独立工作及团队工作能力。
