Objective of Job

Brief Task Description

* Responsible for making the safety test plan, implementing the tests and writing test reports for the program

* Responsible for analyzing the changes/modifications impact to safety performance

* Work independently to get engineering solutions to achieve the safety performance target

* Independently communicate with Euro and US counterparts for the product development

Qualifications

* BS or MS in engineering, 3+ years related working experience

* Deep knowledge of passive safety regulation requirements and NCAPs requirements

* Strong understanding of structure, occupant protection and restraint system

* Good at trouble shooting and implementing design improvement

* Effectively manage multiple projects and work with team members

* Able to set targets, take the responsibility and deliver on time

* Fluent in written and spoken English

* Intensive domestic travel may be needed
