Role Purpose:


Facilitate to ensure good accounting and internal controls environment of China entities according to Sarbox standards with daily compliance; support projects as necessary.
Accountabilities:
. Supervise responsible entity's accounting works during daily routine, to be in compliance with China GAAP and UTC accounting policy.
. Review accounting results generated by accounting shared service team, communicate relevant details with management to meet both internal and external requirements
. Assist on internal, external audits and ACA reviews, ensure proper accounting control process exists.
. Support management to identify the operation control risk and design or re-engineer the internal operation process in China entities in compliance with SOX requirement.
. Perform periodic internal control investigation and provide practical improvement recommendation to safeguard company assets and prevent potential fraud.
. Coordinate with BU team on regular accounting and control operation to achieve company's targets.
. Support management on other internal control, accounting and integration related jobs.




Requirements:


. Candidate with post qualifying experience in multi national organizations or audit firm with demonstrated ability.
. Keen demonstrated strengths in unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness.
. Independent worker with self motivation to ensure high standards.
. Good interpersonal skills and comfortable with expressing his views or putting alternate point of view in a constructive way.
. Good team player with supervision experience and skill.
. Mobility for project travel if necessary.
