This role will as expertise to take care of all supply chain initiatives and project
to excellent service level, he/she will take care of material planning,
forecasting, inventory management, warehouse management and key initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

？  Take care of all material planning activities to make sure all sales target be achieved with
excellent customer satisfaction, include ordering, forecasting, planning and
etc.

？  Optimize demand planning process to ensure on time delivery, reduce excess inventory and
improve customer first pick rate

？  Work with cross functions for supplier performance improvement, include delivery, quality and
cost.

？  Develop and optimize
inventory management process to build up long lead-time parts pipeline and
improve domestic replenishment accuracy, balance supply and inventory to
support sales expansion strategy

？  Work with cross functions to develop monthly forecast and periodically review the accuracy,  driving root cause analysis and recovery plan in
associate with category, sales and customer service

？  Deep dive existing supply chain process to address continuous improvement opportunity and achieve MCIP target

？  Develop quarterly E&O list and work with cross function for reduction plan

？  Work with supplier for monthly package procurement plan and guarantee all packages be arrived timely to support sales

？  Warehouse routine management, include receipt, delivery, cycle count, re-pack and etc.

？  Manage warehouse KPI to improve service level to meet customer requirement

？  Work with corporate logistic for forwarder bidding and selection, monthly spending review and
summarize

？  Periodically review forwarder performance with corrective action plan

？  Work with cross functions to resolve customer complaints in either quality and delivery to
improve customer satisfaction

？  Take lead supply chain projects assigned by manager

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

？  Bachelor degree

？  5 years material planning, inventory management or related experience

？  Strong business sense with broad supply chain knowledge

？  Excellent inventory management skill

？  Customer oriented to pursue service level excellence

？  Change management and continuous improvement concept

？  Work under pressure and deliver result

？  Strong ownership, self-motivated with good initiative

？  Superior communication skill and strong interpersonal skill

？  Superior management skill

？  Prefer automotive or related industry

？  Fluent English with both spoken and written
