职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive consumer planning and insights process
1) Lead insight workshop to generate consumer insights for product innovation and brand communication.
2) Recommend and conduct the appropriate research and analyses to gauge performance of new initiatives or launch.
3) Verify brand communication platforms & creative strategies to drive brand affinity.
4) Utilize category market analysis and competition assessment to influence marketing actions to win in the war.
2. Support and participate in annual business plan
1) Conduct appropriate relevant analysis to help develop marketing plans/ programs to effectively deliver sell-in, off-take and share targets.
3. Management of research suppliers
1) Work closely with research agencies to develop effective research plan/ design to help answer business questions.
2) Manage quality of research via regular review of status, fieldwork observations (both qualitative and quantitative), attend interviewer briefings, determine data processing plans and review final report/presentations to ensure high quality of service from suppliers.
3) Help identifying new local strong suppliers to manage research projects.
4. Support global initiatives / projects
1) Provide local inputs on research methodology and questionnaire design.
2) Cascade down the learning / insights of global studies to the marketing team.
3) Timely and properly handle global requests.
5. Coach and people management, leading team members to achieve business objectives
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above with fluent English comnunication skills.
- Minimum 8 years working experiences, with 6+ years of marketing research experience in research companies and multinational FMCG companies preferably.
Good sense of consumer data and solid in data interpretation, strong analytical thinking.
Have strong sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion for success and independency.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
