Job Description:
1, Teamwork and project management
.Conducting various dairy application works in the laboratory / pilot plant.
?Managing mid or long term customer projects and internal studies and assisting in project planning.
?Work with team such as technical to determine value proposition
?Work with multiple cross-functional project teams
2, To provide technical support to the technical, business development and sales teams.
?Interacting with regional / global teams to gather information.
?Training and upgrading of technical knowledge of the above functions.
?Developing technical kits independently for supporting local technical service and sales teams.
?Exploring new technical opportunities with the above functions.
?Keeping up-to-date information on food trends and technology.
3, To provide technical support to customers.
?Visiting customers with the technical, business development and sales teams.
?Organizing and delivering technical seminar.
?Conducting trials at customer's premises.
?Support to customers in other countries such as Korea, Japan and other SEA countries upon request.
4, To contribute new product development
?To contribute new product development
?Contribute to develop new ideas / concepts for food applications.
?Having clear understanding of the customer's and market requirements.
?Conducting literature searches, preparing information for patent drafting / filing.
?Designing the studies to screen and evaluate samples independently.
?Working with regional and global resources to develop new product.
?Following through and facilitating the new product launch activities to a successful commercialization stage.
5, To participate actively in safety programmes..
?Continuously upgrading the degree of safety awareness amongst the team
?Continuously upgrading the degree of safety awareness amongst the team.
Requirement:
?At least 5 years' experience in a research and development role across various dairy food applications.
?Experience in fundamental research programme is an added advantage.
?Minimum a Bachelor's degree in science based or food related courses.
?Good track records of successful product development / launches.
