Responsibilities:


·Analysis the initial data of the project (timing, product, volume, requirements, room available at the destination plant...)
·Define the assembly process establishing the tooling and working stations required
·Establish the lay out (final number of stations, operators, room required...)
·Take part/make or lead the process FMEA of JIT process
·Define the technical specifications of the tools involved in the process and launch the purchase request to the Purchase Department
·Review technically the quotations received from the suppliers and support the Purchase Department during the Purchase process (analysis quotations and take part in the decision making -nomination meetings)
·Follow up the manufacturing of the tooling in the suppliers
·Validate the manufacturing of the tooling in the suppliers and coordinate the transfer to the plant
·Validate the assembly tooling in the plant
·Start up of the process in the plant together with the Engineering, Production and Quality Department of the plant
·Support the validation of the process and the capacity trials.
·Make the proposal JIT cost for new business to cost engineer during the biding


Qualification:


Minimum Bachelor degree in Automobile or automatic mechanism
At least 5 years work related experience in automobile or automatic mechanism , familiar with the concept of pneumatic, dynamoelectric, fluid driving automatic tool working principium, with the experience of headliner's assembling tool will be priority.
Good English in reading , speaking and writing, and good computer skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
