As quality Manager you will responsible for 

1.Over all responsible for Quality Department and company quality management system  for the Lab and manufacturing site.

2.Build up and Manage company's Quality Assurance System, including incoming inspection, measurement, supplier quality management.

3.Ensure appropriate and effective quality management system that fits the company business development.

4.Manage and motivate employees to ensure company business targets and long term sustainable growth.

5.Provide effective support for different business unit and control the project cost for measurement and inspection.

6.Communicate within  Group for synergy and cooperation.

1.Familiar with ISO9001 Quality management system standards and implementation;

2.Understand quality standards and management concept in chemical industry;

3.Giving tasks, setting targets and follow-up;

4.Internal audit certification

5.Good command of English, good communication skills;

6.People management and development;

7.Good interpersonal skills, Decision making;

8.Able to handle pressure;
