Responsible for the electricity design of UV equipment， include electricity circuit、PCB Layout， prototype electrical testing etc.

Cooperate with other modular designer to define the connection/automation requirement, and involved into gates audit.

Create sub assembly and detail component schematic and PCB design for electrical system, Design and produce all the deliverables, including drawings and specifications, and BOM.

Execute the electronics development plan according to Development Process

Responsible for the electricity design and prototype verification and validation.

Technical benchmarking of competitors’ products and solutions

Responsible for testing and documentation of electrical subsystems.

Support Manufacturing, Purchasing and Service team through product life cycle.

Work with external subcontractors and internal facilities for design implementation and manufacturing.

Identify and select components and materials needed, for compliance with requirements

qualification:

Bachelor/Master degree in electrical engineering/automation control or related education background;

over 5 years working experiences in automation equipment electricity design;

Capable of designing electronic system from schematic to PCB layout independently.

Experience in automotive wire harness design, includes 3D&2D layout, connector and cable selecting, trouble shooting, etc.

Experienced in electrical design analysis capability: EMC/EMI, ESD, Thermal.

Familiar with electrical system measuring technology and methodology; know quality system and testing tools.

Experience in automotive electronics design, especially auto control and power control topology
