1、根据销售与生产计划，制定年度采购计划，分解到月度，并执行监督；

2、负责制定与完善采购体系建设（流程、标准与制度）；

3、采购预算与成本控制（制定月度预算计划表和月度费用分析报告），成本控制在预算范围内；

4、安全库存、采购周期标准按生产计划严格执行（采购及时性100%）；

5、配合公司需要的新品研发上市及老品改良工作，及时进行相关特殊原材料采购（采购合格率100%）；

6、采购信息库建立，每月按类别（大宗原商品、辅料）提交采购行情信息记录及分析报告；

7、建立供应商资料档案库，每年进行一次供应商综合评估；

8、负责制定采购品市场动态分析报告，制定采购调整方案；

9、负责本部门团队建设，选拔、配备、评价下属人员，组织部门培训；

10、在规定范围内，制定应付账款计划，保证资金运作可控性 。

任职条件：

专业知识：5年以上采购相关工作经验，3年以上产品开发及供应商开发相关工作经验；

工作经验：丰富的采购经验，对汽车零部件市场及产品有较深刻认知；

工作技能：具有较强的沟通组织及统筹协调能力，执行力强；

其他：大专及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业。

Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters.
