The position is for a quality assurance engineer who will join a growing and dynamic team developing Autodesk Consumer Products.
This candidate will work closely with team members in China and North America to ensure the quality of Autodesk Vex - a new product under personal fabrication category.. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, self-motivator, and has a strong interest in testing Autodesk Products.
Job Title and Number: Software QA Engineer - Vex
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Write test plan and test case for assigned feature.
? Execute feature testing according to feature spec, and track defects along the entire development cycle.
? Develop and execute comprehensive workflow test plans assuring the overall quality of the product.
? Provide industry insights and domain knowledge throughout the software development lifecycle, influence product planning and design by actively participating in product plan review and concept design review and discussion
? Act as a customer champion to ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority quality measure for product.
? Actively engage in technical issues from customers and drive them to resolution.
? Provide overall product quality report and evaluate product release readiness.

Requirements:
? Strong interest in DIY and personal fabrication
? Excellent problem solving skills: You have a "never give up" attitude.
? Be passionate in testing and never compromise in quality.
? Excellent written or oral communication skill in English.
? Well organized. Great collaboration skills and organization skills.
? Good team work.
? Good customer orientation and interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
? Experience in Autodesk products will be a plus
? Experience in web testing will be a plus

Education:
BS or MS in Mechanical engineering or Computer science related.
