工作职责：

协助完成HR团队的日常事物，包括：员工入离职手续，招聘业务，文档管理等，详细如下：

1.致电候选人、预约并安排面试、接待候选人，跟进面试流程；

2.员工关系，入离职办理，协助整理文档归类；

3.协助活动组办；

4.其它人力资源部相关的事务。

职位要求：

1、2019年全日制统招在读本科；

2、积极主动、认真踏实、具有较强的亲和力和沟通表达能力；

3、有志于在人力资源领域长期发展；

4、能保证每周3天以上出勤，能保证实习周期半年以上；

5、具备优秀的电脑操作技能，能熟练使用Office办公软件，如excel，word等；
