Purpose of the Job 职位目的

To improve the reliability of the plant with regard to equipment, procedures and working methods, by analyzing the performance of the plant and consequently developing a preventive and predictive maintenance plan.

Dimension 职权范围

Work as facilitator to develop PPM with various disciplines and monitor PPM plan performance executed by maintenance team.

Provide ideas and suggestions to IP team for improving equipment reliability.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility 主要职责 / 责任

1. Define the optimum PPM Program, aligned with BU/M&T objectives and manufacturing goals.

2. Translate into local PPM (Preventive Predictive Maintenance) plan taking into account the maintenance strategy.

3. Review and optimize PPM plans on a regular basis.

4. Perform the analysis for selecting the optimum PPM strategies to reduce reliability and integrity failures and sets the frequency and time window when to execute PPM plans.

5. Recommend improvement projects which are sent to the Improve Plant process, procedure improvements to Operate Plant process, or submits work notifications to the Maintenance Work Process.

6. Grouping equipment into appropriate groups and proposes typical PPM plan solutions.

7. Leading and facilitating Criticality Ranking of plant equipment, Leading Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

8. Reviewing the maintenance feed back on equipment repair and PPM maintenance orders

Executing a RCA to find causes for equipment reliability related performance killers and cost drivers.

9. Participate in projects to define PPM plans for equipment.

10. Entering integrated PPM plans into the Maintenance Management system.

11. Enter information on jobs executed in the maintenance management system.

12. Collecting relevant data and information like KPIs, costs, AU reports with respect to losses due to maintenance, maintenance history data out of maintenance system etc.

13. Increase levels of user knowledge and ownership by supporting training to production personnel.

14. Prepare improve proposals giving improved equipment reliability.

15. Document, file and communicate solutions.

16. Execute defined SHE and Q policies in compliance with Corporate Requirements and relevant laws and regulations.

17. Comply with DSM Values, “People, Planet, Profit”, HR policies, minimum requirements and guidelines.

18. Secure reliability risks in change proposals (Management of Change).

19. Share results and best practices with other reliability engineers intra Resins.

20. Have a responsibility to forbid employees’ unsafe acts at once.

21. Organize the survey of the big accidents happened on the plant and find out root reasons, take measures to prevent recurrence of the cases.

22. Take the responsibilities to monitor responsibility areas’ contractors operating behavior.

23. Quality of the information related to the disciplines represented.

24. Contributes to a multi-disciplinary group process.

25. Quality of the re-design and allocation decision and reporting.

26. A decision that fits with a cost-efficient approach without compromising on process safety.

27. A balanced, multi-disciplinary composition of the Allocation team.

28. Quality of the SRS, Quality of the verification, Quality of the validation and reporting, Quality of testing standards and instructions.

29. Timely scheduling of classified safety devices testing.

30. Trained personnel to execute tests.

31. Plant integrity.

Required Education, Experience & Technical competencies 要求的教育、经验和技术能力

1. 5+ years experiences in own discipline

2. BSc/MSc in a technical discipline.

3. Experience with statistical techniques.

4. Broad knowledge with Maintenance techniques.

5. Broad knowledge of related manufacturing disciplines.

6. Good communication and social skills.

7. Advisory skills.

8. Good English Oral and Writing.
