职位描述
Position:
Finance Manager
Location: Waigaoqiao, Shanghai
Job Description
· To
set up, implement and maintain the company's financial planning and analysis
systems in compliance with corp. financial procedures and accounting
procedures, including but not limited to customer P&L
· To
prepare, analyze and timely submit financial reports to the regional office
· To
analyze performance and other information, recommend proposals for corrective
actions
· To
develop and implement appropriate product costing procedures and disseminate
information to the relevant department for execution
· To
advise management on appropriate actions to minimize working capital, and to
enhance effectiveness and quality of business decisions
·
Assist to optimize the operation process and provide accurate
information to management timely
· To be
responsible for supervising finance planning & analysis team and promoting
team spirit and continuous development
· To
assist Finance Controller in the preparation of the Key Figures Reports as well
as for the provision of non-routine financial information to the management and
decision makers in the Company
· To
assist the Finance Controller to lead the strategic planning and profit
planning and rolling forecast to support and guide GM and other Staff members
to improve financial performance
· To
support in the explanation of the financial accounting and control system to
both internal and external auditors
Qualifications / Capabilities:
·
Bachelor degree of Accounting (major) or financial management University
· Be
excellent on sense of figure and analytical skill and communication
· At
least 6 years working experience in related field
·
Excellent in ERP system Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Others:
·
Speed, accuracy, analytical mind attention to detail, and high
productivity
· Good
interpersonal skills, natural to be a team player
· Excellent
command of English (spoken & written) and fluent Mandarin
·
Honest, hardworking, responsible & can work under pressure
· Good
computer skills
· Good
organization, planning and control skills
