岗位描述：

1、协助上级执行公司日常事务、制度；

2、负责本组项目的前期、中期及后期的事务管理和调控，确保整个项目操作畅通无阻；

4、负责本组人员销售技巧的培训；

5、负责本组员工的数量调配、招聘、管理；

6、负责本组员工的业绩及销售技能的提升；

7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，男、女不限，良好的沟通能力，二年以上相关工作经验，熟练办公软件，有强烈的责任感和热爱之心；

2、富有专业的职业精神，工作细致、认真，能承受工作压力。

3、普通话标准，口齿伶俐，擅长自我激励

4、带过销售团队者优先

做五休二，8:30-17：30，法定正常休假
