Main Responsibility:
Daily operation of Customer orders&forecast processing ,ensure no delay in responding to customer request/inquiry
Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth order processing
Price quotations administration
Follow up shipment, A/R tracking and credit limit control
Handling RMA/RO returns and solve customer complaints
Maintain data and documents for reporting & business analysis
On time delivery performance review
Conduct annual customer satisfaction survey and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Communicate with other related departments to provide best service to customers in their needs


Requirements:
University degree
2-3 year's customer service experience, manufacturing plant experience will be preferred
Good knowledge of order management and MRP system
Fluency in both spoken and written English(Above CET6)
Problem solving capability
Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Open minded and good communication skills
Team work conscious
