职位描述
- Accountable for strategic and tactical delivery of IT services and support for Fitbit end users, offices, data centers and manufacturing sites to meet availability and reliability requirements in region; this includes support for manufacturing, infrastructure and end user computing hardware, software and peripherals.
- Responsible for design contribution and execution of processes/procedures, policies, goals and operational or KPI metrics.
- Develops/maintains support documents for use by all levels of support personnel as well as end-user or supplier documentation.
- Committed to all components of IT infrastructure availability and end user productivity; act as both an incident and problem manager/owner for any issues impacting the region.
- Will be expected to proactively take ownership for incidents and problems, and drive remediation with no supervision.
- Makes timely and accurate diagnosis of system related problems and determining between hardware, software and network related problems, and work in conjunction with the other internal or external groups to provide resolution.
- Will be required to lead problem resolution activities among multiple parties in order to get technology incidents and problems resolved.
- Act a liaison or relationship manager and partner for all levels of IT and management, to deliver IT services and solutions for cross functional teams, internal and external customers or suppliers.
- Represent the department as an active participant in various strategic initiatives, projects and business related activities that directly impact End User Computing and Manufacturing.
- Track overall delivery and performance; drive business review activities and improvements.
- Create visibility for key activities in the region and track Service Owner progress, remediation or response.
- Participates in weekly meetings with management, business users or suppliers to get updates and discuss manufacturing, infrastructure or end user computing related matters.
- Engage the End User population and customer teams with regard to new solutions or potential issues. This will include ability to effectively survey the population periodically and proactively disseminate information via email notifications and newsletters.
- Training and mentorship for team, end users or suppliers on processes and workflow.
- Some shift or after-hours work may be required for critical incident communication or projects.
- Incumbent is required to travel to other office locations as needed.
Who you are:
- Prior team and supplier management experience.
- Experience in 1st/2nd/3rd level Corporate IT support, gained in a multi-site IT operations environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly.
- Ability to produce status reports against workload, projects, service levels and KPI’s
- Experience working on medium-large projects and delivering against timelines and budget.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Must be self-managed and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communications with proven effectiveness at the Executive level. Fluency in English and Mandarin in required.
- Must have working knowledge across all the IT disciplines including networking, hardware, software, telephony and video teleconferencing.
- Able to perform root cause analysis. Capable of proactively recommending effective courses of action, communicate resolution, policy and procedures to the various IT stakeholders, management, and end user population.
- Able to effectively operate within an ambiguous environment and independently deliver goals and objectives.
- Proven time management and delegation skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with individuals at the management level.
- Must be dynamic, innovative and capable of garnering the respect and high level trust required for this position to be successful.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in a fast paced environment
- Able to maintain high standards, expectations, and delivery related to team performance with limited resources.
- Effectively manage and mentor Staff regarding response to incidents and service requests, prioritization, escalation, and SLA management.
- The ability to execute against budgets, implementation schedules, and manage team projects on schedule and within constraints.
- Must possess the intellectual ability to relate business needs to technical solutions.
- Creative thinker with exceptional business, strategic, analytical, management and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Technology or another appropriately related field.
- ITIL Foundations or similar TSIA qualifications
- Experience with ITSM Tools
- Experience working with Active Directory, JAMF, domain services, SSO and back office/infrastructure application installation and support
- Knowledge of server and network communications equipment, protocols (i.e. DNS and TCPIP), transmission media, security and network management practices
- Knowledge in storage and backup technologies.
