Resposibilities:

· Develop test cases for optical communication modules (transceiver)

· Develop test scripts and algorithms to measure various optical parameters and logic behavior

· Develop drivers to control all kinds of equipment through GPIB, serial port or USB port

· Read & understand MSA and datasheet to resolve some test issues

· Develop software & hardware tools to automatize the test process

· Analyze test result, reproduce issue and generate report

Requirements:

· BS or higher on computer science/engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or related area

· Good programming skills in Python, C# or C/C++

· Professionals with at least 1-years of experience in software or test development

· Master one or multiple skills in the following will be a great advantage: PCB design, FPGA development, Solidworks / AutoCAD, embedded system development

· Strong learning ability and problem solving ability, be able to find creative solutions for challenging technical problems

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Must be a good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently

· Must be able to travel to US or other Finisar sites on project base within a short notice
