招聘岗位：Pizzeria Manager

岗位描述Job Description:

1. Responsible for communicating with kitchen about food R&D, training, QA ,etc. 负责与Chef沟通餐厅所有菜品的研发，培训，品控等；

2. Ensuring efficient store management and maintaining proper staff arrangement in time. 确保餐厅的有效管理，并随时保持合适人员配置；

3. Controling store inventory and reasonable stock. Monthly stock taking work should be done on time. 管理日常食物及葡萄酒库存，制定***/最低存量，组织人员精确完成月末盘点工作；

4. Supervising food safty and protection standards 熟悉各项食品安全条例，确保所有员工循规操作；

5. helping to improve and achieveing profit maximization 根据餐厅情况，为餐厅提供改进方案，实现利益***化；

6. other ad-hoc tasks in stores 处理餐厅发生的突发事件。

岗位要求Job Requirements：

1. Strong English communicating capability 较强的英文沟通能力

2. Strong leadership with staff respects 较强的领导技巧，能够获得员工的尊重和追随

3. Willing to learn and create 乐于学习，脑洞大开，创造力丰富
