Role & Responsibilities

1. Identify the character of products by profession knowledge, Evaluate how to produce products, evaluate the cycle time and production cost during enquiry step以专业知识识别产品特性，评估如何加工产品，加工成本和加工时间

2. Create machining process with high quality and efficiency for products制定高效高质量的产品机加工工艺

3. Follow and control the whole process and quality for the outsourcing products and process工艺如果涉及外协，需要全过程控制质量及加工进度

4. Responsible for the machining fixture design for product负责产品机加工夹具设计Responsible for instruction and control the whole machining process负责指导和控制机加工全过程 （例如：设备运行精度，夹具有效性，各类检测校准的误差,鉴别操作人员的资质是否能满足工艺要求）

5. Tooling selection and analyze the result and continuous improvement刀具选择，切削效果分析以及改进

6. Prepare the process document according to ISO9001 requirement（such as process, machine selection, parameter, tooling type, analyze the accuracy）根据ISO9001体系要求，编写工艺文件（例如：加工流程，确定加工设备，加工参数，刀具型号，审核特殊加工程序编制，对加工精度系统分析）

7. Check and approve the work instruction and key operation审核批准作业指导书和操作要点等操作文件

8. Responsible for resolve the production process issues, ensure the machining stability of process负责解决生产加工中遇到的工艺问题，保证加工操作平稳进行

9. Responsible for the process optimization, ensure the high quality and efficiency, cost down负责机加工工艺的优化，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低机加工成本

10.Responsible for the process of new products trial, assist to other department to develop new product with business负责新产品试制工艺，协助其他部门开发新产品

Quality & Background

1. Above machinery technology and college education background 机械专业大专以上学历

2. Strong ability of comprehend mechanical drawing. Must mater all kinds of form and position tolerance, technology requirement对各种零部件图纸的识别，必须熟悉和精通产品图纸各种形位公差和技术要求.

3. Master capacity for all kinds of machining machine(such as turning, milling, grinding, sawing, EDM etc. especial for the machine center, CNC turning, turning/milling center, WEDM，electric discharge etc.) make the available process to meet Plansee requirement of material, quality and cost熟知和精通各种机加工设备的加工能力和范围以及特点（如车，铣，磨，锯，电加工等相关加工工艺），尤其是传统机加工设备和现代加工设备（加工中心，数控车床，车铣复合，慢走丝，放电加工的特点），制定合理的工艺，符合公司机加工材质以及产品成本和质量要求

4. Over5 years experiences in machining process and CNC program. Stronger mechanical knowledge in manufacturing and design, and identify the risk and take action begore production 5年以上机加工工艺和数控程序经验,具备较强的机械制造与设计知识，能设计和识别产品加工过程中的风险和采取有效的应对措施

5. Above 1 to 2 years experiences in five axis milling center or other complex machine is preferred 1到2年以上五轴加工中心或先进机床经验优先考虑

6. Advanced knowledge of CNC process and Tool application CNC工艺和刀具应用知识

7. Familiar with office and 3D software in CAD o UG or others MS. 熟练运用3D软件（CAD或UG或其他程序软件）和办公软件

8. Master know Funac system or Siemens840D熟知发那克系系统或西门子840

9. Good communication skills and strong execution(communicate with shift leader, operator, programmer and subcontractor) 具备与生产操作人员，班组人员，编程人员及外协合作方沟通能力和执行能力

10.Can work independently and under pressure, Strong responsibility, team work 能独立和承受压力工作，有责任心和团队精神

11.Reach the company requirement in process analyze and resolving. Know the quality tool well such as FMEA,8D,APQP etc 达到公司工艺分析和解决问题的能力，熟悉常用的质量工具（如FMEA,8D,APQP等

12.Language: read and write in English. 英语读写能力。
